UK Customers - Can choose one of the 3 options below
Option 1: Return to store
If you choose to return your items to one of our store please enter the reason code in the returns form enclosed in your parcel and take this along with your items to any of our stores (with the exception of any, Outlet / Discount / Factory stores, Channel Islands and Erire). PayPal Customers - Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds to your PayPal account in our stores, you can exchange your items bought via PayPal in any of our stores as usual. If you would like a full refund to your PayPal account you should return your items with the returns form contained within your parcel to our Web Returns department via postal service or Collect+.
Option 2: Return by Collect+
You can choose to return your items via our Collect+ service, Collect+ is a simple and convenient way to return your order for FREE via any local supermarket, newsagent or corner shop that offers the Collect+ service.
To make a return using this service, simply complete the returns forms supplied with your parcel and enclose with the items you wish to return. Peel off the Collect+ label, attach to the outside of your parcel ensuring the original label is covered. Take the parcel to any Collect+ store and remember to keep your receipt as you can use the code to track the return. For full listings of Officers Club Collect+ Stores please click here.
If you loose your Collect+ label you can easily print another by clicking here. Print the label and fix it to the front of your parcel, making sure to cover the original sticker with your name and address on it.
Please note, you must obtain a return label before taking your parcel into a CollectPlus store. CollectPlus will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into store without a CollectPlus reruns label.
You can return parcels with cabin baggage dimensions up to 10kg using CollectPlus
Option 3: Return by post
You can return your items purchased online via your local postal service. Complete the returns form for the item(s) you wish to return and enclose this with your items. Peel off the Royal mail label supplied on the returns form and attach to the outside of your parcel. Please ensure your original label is covered. Take your parcel to any Post office. Remember to obtain proof of postage and the code to track your return.
International Customers - Please complete the returns form contained within your parcel, enclose this with the items you wish to return and send back to Web Returns. Please note International customers are recommended to use a tracked and insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
